The Second session of the Feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Pilgrimage began with the possession by the priests in the Archdiocese of Cape Coast. The celebration saw the presence of Most Rev. Charles Gabriel Palmer-Buckle (The Metropolitan Archbishop of Cape Coast), The Emeritus Archbishop of Cape Coast, Most Rev. Mattias Kobena Nketsiah, The Vicar General of Cape Coast Archdiocese Very Reverend Father Bonaventure Annan, and the Principal Celebrant in the person of Most Rev. Joseph Kweku Essien (Emeritus Bishop of Wiawso).
